i like the way you have used vector art in this poster, although many be if you made the text a bit bigger, so then you could see it from afar as well

the image is a bit confusing. you say it isn't easy to tell who has STI's. but i can clearly see the man in red is the diseased one. maybe this would work better with a room full of photographed people, so making it impossible to tell who has the disease. the idea is strong, just needs some work.
