1 in 10 people have a sexually transmitted infection
This design uses three main colours, white, cyan and magenta. The white is a very clean colour and makes the design stand out. The cyan represents safe and the magenta represents danger. The icons of people were influenced from a toilet sign. The fact is "1 in 10 people have a sexually transmitted infection", I have shown this by displaying 10 icons . The icon in red is the person with the sexually transmitted infections. The icons in blue are the people without sexually transmitted infections.

I prefer my idea. the big white empty space needs something in it and the font looks very amateurish.
