Doesn't answer the brief but then again i'd be amazed if anybody managed to answer it without creating a poster that didn't look like it belongs in a clinic waiting room. If they did, they would surely deserve to win.

sorry but this IS a bit obvious. i even considered doing something very similar myself, but with a cucumber instead. i think its extremely possible to get the point across without being this obvious. you just need a little imagination!;]
