I tried to keep this poster reasonably simple yet interesting. I think a lot of posters now days scare people in to trying to block the seriousness of sti's out of their heads, especially for the younger audience. I also believe a lot of posters are trying to be a bit too 'clever' to really be able to put accross the message to the younger, more lower class viewers. This is why I have created a playful, simple and easy to understand poster that is putting accross the message that even if your having fun and being adventurous, it doesnt mean you cant be safe.
I really like this poster! It's fun and colourful, niiice :)

I think this poster is both original and eye-catching. It emphasises the element of fun and the fact that durex is a product which is there to allow people to have fun...safely.

theres too much on this poster and granted it does catch the eye, but the text isnt very clear and the durex logo has got a white box around it

If you open the poster up, the text is clear. Its only because its minimised that you cant see it properly. And I thought the logo looked better with the box because it fits in with the straight edges of the poster. thanks anyway for the comment.

Best poster I have seen yet- Minimalistic, yet extremely effective. People don't have time to stop on a street to read a whole paragraph of advice relating to sexual health like with some of the other entries. With this poster, the message is put across as soon as you glance at it. Well done!

Not bad, but been done before many a time, and the typography is pretty shocking i'm afraid.
17th Dec 2007 9:17am
guys please open up the poster to its full size before commenting on the typography, thanks
17th Dec 2007 9:44am
why is this at number 1? also the typography is bad. people arent refering to the pixelated small image, they are refering to it actually being bad. arial is a terrible font.
18th Dec 2007 12:04am
Whats wrong with arial? Even the durex logo is very similar to arial, haha. People who havent made any posters themselves are very quick to criticize.
18th Dec 2007 12:36pm
this is aweful, i agree with whoever pointed out how bad the typography is, using ariel? seriously?

I think this poster is very powerful and straight to the point. It is letting the audience know that sex can be fun and enjoyable but you must approach it with safety. The aesthetics are very imaginative. Great poster, Well done!!
