dickorations
Recently there have been a few posters promoting Durex at Christmas. I was one of the first people to dismiss this idea due to the competition finishing in January, but after realising the design possibilities I decided to produce a poster. I don't expect this to get lots of ratings, and before you comment, please consider that I have only uploaded this to see whether or not it is would received at this time of year. Thankyou for taking the time to look.

for a christmas poster - ingenius. the tagline is creative and fun. for this competition obviously it wouldnt work, and i took that in to account after i read the description, which it seems other people have failed to do. the poster looks highly proffessional, and would serve as a good campaign if durex wanted a poster ad at xmas. well done, i am a fan.

definately for a christmas advert. it is attarctive and looks very proffessional even thought there is not much designing go on with the poster. excellent. obv not going to win with this comp but great effort:)

dickorations? it just doesnt sound very good. can you imagine that being the durex tagline? I really can't. interesting theme with christmas though, could be something more in decorations.. im just not sure what...

YES for christmas. it is attarctive and eye catching. for NOW. no. it doesnt fulfill the brief. but it does very crisp and clear.

probably at the christmas season. i think dickortions. works well cos ur decorating the penis. as for the design its ok. simplistic and it looks reely crisp and well presented.

What is it with you and Barnsley, just because some of us have designed our posters the way they are, doesn't mean you can be little us all the time. '... better than the tripe that Barnsley will upload'. You are such a big headed, arrogant, little worm who makes their way up by putting others down. As for this poster, I don't think that you photographed that image yourself (but if you have then thats my bad). And i don't think that the word 'Dickorations' is really going to stick with some people who don't catch on that quick. You might want to use a word that has something more to do with the uses of Durex. Next time that you want to get peoples opinion about a poster your only testing, I suggest that you keep it to your friends in Bridgend. And if you're not bothered about winning, then leave this competition to those who really want to take part and achieve something from it. In response to your response, I admit that I have got you mixed up with some one else. Namely 'georgejosephharvey', but unfortunately i can't put it on his portfolio. It's because I won't sit back and let people make derogatory comments about us. Barnsley may have made a bit of a bad name for itself, but it doesn't mean we're all the same. Like you said, lets get back to designing and posting comments that help people to see where they maybe going wrong.

all the arguing is spoiling this competition. reading comments it is clear to see the barrage of abuse people from barnsley are aiming at other competitors. when at times some comments aimed at them are minimal. something like 'zzzzzz' ends up with the designer laying into that person. this poster [after readin the brief] is good ad for xmas. it doesnt say an awful lot but it is a good design. if u want people to share their views on it then mine is, well done. professional looking image with a subtle and humouros text.
