This is meant to make the viewer aware of the risks of unsafe sex, in this one it's specifically aimed at making people aware that unwanted pregnancies do happen alot, so the safest and smartest option is to use a condom and don't take the risk.

It uses the shock tactics. Which scares people into using a condom which is the best way :)
