Feel the passion
This poster is basically saying wearing a condom during sex doesn't take the pleasure awayfrom it- it can add it and make it more passionate
I've tried to keep it simple but make it eye-catching and interesting so hope it works!

the you dont have to be completely naked is insinuating you can wear a condom hence not being totally naked...

the background looks like an nasty t'shirt from the 70's. Again one thats obviously only knows how to use Paint. and the typography is unbelievably bad, and theres way to much of it. If the idea was there straight away there wouldnt be a need for all the explanatory text.

the colours are proper spinning me out, the font is bad and the logo's too big.

the colours do space you out, but then again, the colours are what catches your eye ^-^

I'm unsure about the tagline- what do you mean you don't have to be naked to have sex? there must be a better way to make it eye catching without using that swirling imagery in the background, which is pretty vile.
